Domestic Deliveries may take 3-5 days while International Deliveries may take 20-30 days to arrive depending on your location. These are only estimates based on experience so please allow time for unexpected delays. We currently do not offer express or next day deliveries but we hope to do so eventually.

International custom fees, duties and taxes are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout. If taxes and duties are included in the price of your order this will be mentioned at checkout.

Alternatively, your order may not include taxes and duties. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.

General Return Conditions
For all return requests, customer must first notify or report to us by sending the following info listed below to for validation. NOTIFICATIONS or REPORTS of discrepancies must be made within 15 business days (for local customers), 30 business days (for international customers) from the date that the order was placed. Considerations can be made for cases of evident delivery delays as reviewed in the tracking history; this will be at the full discretion of the company.

Failure to notify or report to us by e-mail within the stated duration and without the information requested above may result in the delay or invalidation of your request for return. After verifying your request, you will receive a notification from us stating your qualification for a return. We reserve the right to refuse returns of item(s) where deemed appropriate as guided by our conditions.

All return items either for Replacement or Refund, or returning a Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Item must be SHIPPED within 10 business days after being approved for a return. All returns should be shipped to the address provided below and with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.

Please allow us up to 10 business days from receiving your returned item(s) to dispatch your replacement item(s), or to process your refund whichever applies.

It is also important to note that at busy periods especially after Christmas, the volume of returns increases greatly and will take longer to process – please keep this in mind when returning item(s). All shipping costs for returns will be your responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, simply notify us guided by the details stated above under our General Return Conditions.

If we do not have the available stock for the requested replacement item(s) a refund will automatically be processed and a confirmation sent to the account email address. In some cases, we will email to ask if you would like an exchange for something else.

It can take 5-10 business days from the day it was processed for your refund amount to reflect in your account.  All refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment for the item(s) returned. If after 10 business days your refund is still not reflected on your account, we recommend you contact your bank or credit card company first before contacting us at

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect item
In some unintentional cases where you receive items in such condition, please secure photos of the item(s) which will allow us to verify the damage. Please note that we will only consider a replacement/refund if the damage was caused during the shipping process. We recommend that such discrepancies be reported to us within the duration stated under our General Conditions.

Return shipping cost for such item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method; please provide us with the return shipping receipt. It is also important to note that we will only be able to refund your return shipping cost after we receive the returned item(s).

Items Not Valid for Return
-Item(s) not in original packaging, tags, and condition and which appears washed or worn repeatedly.
-Intimate item(s) like the thong and bra.
-Item(s) for which the return request notification/discrepancy report is made outside the stated duration under our General Conditions.
-SALE ITEMS. Sale item(s) are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
-Gift item(s) and Gift cards.

Cancellations and Order Modifications
-As we process and dispatch orders the next day, please note that we only allow a maximum of 24 hours from placing the order for any cancellations or modifications to be made. After 24 hours from being placed, all orders will be considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
-Our order cut off time is 10:00PM GMT daily, you may still place orders after 10:00PM but it will be considered as an order made for the next day.
-We do not operate on weekends, so orders made during Saturdays and Sundays will be processed during the immediate Mondays.
-Cancellations and modifications for orders placed during Saturdays and Sundays should be requested on or before the immediate Mondays.
-All requests and enquiries sent to us during the weekends will be dealt with on the immediate Mondays.
